General Information
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website www.vibarcelona.es and the contracting of services offered by vibarcelona.
By contracting any of our services, the user fully accepts these terms. It is recommended to read them carefully before proceeding with any service agreement.
Services Offered
vibarcelona provides relocation services, as well as drafting and reviewing rental contracts. Services may be contracted individually or as part of customized packages.
Contracting Process
The user may request information or hire services through the contact form, email, or by phone. Once the conditions are agreed upon, a detailed quote and, where applicable, a service agreement will be sent.
Prices and Payment Methods
Prices will be indicated in euros and will include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made by bank transfer or by other methods agreed between the parties. vibarcelona will not provide any service until the corresponding payment or signed service agreement has been received, as applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
Clients acting as consumers and users may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from its conclusion, unless the execution of the service has begun with their express consent before the end of that period. To exercise this right, contact must be made via email at info@vibarcelona.es
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance. If the service has not started, the amount paid will be refunded minus administrative costs. No refunds will be issued once the service has started, except in duly justified cases evaluated by vibarcelona.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, unless a different jurisdiction is required by law.
